DSL service is currently offered on the AT&T, Verizon and Covad
networks. The cu
stomer must have a local telephone line with the
carrier in order to qualify for DSL service. The 10 digit telephone
number the
customer uses to qualify cannot be a cell phone or
VOIP telephone number.
