• Web Conferencing Users can instantly change a IM conversation to a group web conference.
• Roaming Contact List A users contact list is stored on the server allowing him/her to avoid having to recreate contacts when using a different PC.
• Conference Scheduling from Outlook Users can setup a web conference through Microsoft Outlook which takes care of sending out the invite with the link to open the IM conference.
• Private and Secure All IM sessions are secured an encrypted from end-to-end.

Note: Microsoft Outlook integration requires each user have a Hosted Exchange mailbox.
